The home s original kitchen footprint has been preserved and includes a stove top but not an oven nor a dishwasher. There is a microwave and toaster oven for your convenience, but we prefer the outdoor grill and some fresh catch. For rainy days, there is a television (Smart TV) with Netflix, Hulu and Prime accounts, but no cable. We ve provided playing cards instead.

You will love the new cottage look since we have updated inside and out. There are now two master bedrooms. One has a king bed, the second a queen bed and each has a flat screen TV with a built in DVD player. Our third bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. We’ve provided free high speed broadband internet with access to a secure wireless network. The sunroom has been enclosed with floor to ceiling windows to give a panoramic view of the outdoors. It’s not unusual to see a deer or two walk by! Our new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances is well equipped for your use. We also have a gas grill for outdoors cooking. Our high standards of comfort also include plush carpeting, mounted hair dryer and new washer/dryer. We’ve even left beach chairs for you to use!! There is a covered 3-car carport to keep your vehicle out of the sun/rain. The beach is a short scenic stroll. You'll pass the private neighborhood pool nestled in the trees. We’ll give you the code so you have access. For your convenience, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, foil, plastic wrap, salt, pepper, spices, laundry and dish soap are provided. There are beach towels located in the laundry room ( please wash and return)and some beach chairs, depending how tenants care for them throughout the season in the storage bin under the house. Weekly rates are discounted and we prefer weekly rentals to turnover on Fridays. The house has a list of "to do's" prior to leaving such as putting dirty linen and towels in laundry room, take out all trash, trash cans to hill on appropriate days, clean out/wipe out refrigerator- please check this list. The home is a home away from home with comfortable quality furnishing and decor. Our rules specify no additional people without approval, no pets at any time, no smoking, no candles/ confetti/glitter/tape on the walls. Breaking of these rules could end in eviction.
